This newly-introduced contactless card reader is the last word in economy. With a working frequency of 125 kHz, the RMA-WG/6B is capable of reading low-cost EM4001 cards. It has a read range of 70 to 120 mm, depending on environmental conditions.

While the 26-bit Weigand version can transfer data to distances up to 100 meters, the RS485 version has a data transfer range of up to 500 meters. Suitable for door control as well as attendance recording systems, the reader conforms to IP65 environmental protection standards.

The reader comes complete with a standard 4 X 3 matrix keyboard for manual entry of password, a 3-LED status indicator and a mounting bracket.
